At Wake Up Reykjavik our highest priority is to create fun, local and memorable experience for our guests. We provide an exclusive insight into the best venues and experiences that Reykjavik has to offer. In the event, you can’t attend to a booked tour – These policies explains when we will issue a refund or reschedule a tour.


Wake Up Reykjavik reserves the right to change, update or replace our policies without notice.



Bookings for individuals can be done online through our website. www. WakeUpReykjavik.com or at www.ReykjavikFoodWalk.com. If any problems occur while booking please don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail to info@WakeUpReykjavik.com. Group bookings can be made by e-mail.



Online bookings: When booking online using our booking system you pay the full amount in the last step of the booking process.

Bookings via email: For private tours and for any kind of tailor made tours, booked via email with the help of our team, the following applies:

A deposit of 1/3 is needed to confirm your booking.
The rest 2/3 should be payed for at least one month before arrival.


Refund & Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing through e-mail.

15% booking fee is always non-refundable.

All bookings/reservations can be cancelled with 48 hours prior to departure without any penalty (excluding 15% booking fees). Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to departure will be charged full price.

We will always do our best to reschedule your tour if possible.


When booking day time activities / day tours from third party partners of Wake Up Reykjavik through our website, other refund and cancellation policy’s might occur.

In case you have less than a perfect experience with Wake Up Reykjavik please contact us and we are open to discuss the event.
