This is honestly one of those tours I recommend when someone wants to see the real Iceland without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. You get all the absolute must-sees of the Golden Circle, but in a way that actually feels enjoyable and well paced. You’re not just ticking boxes, you’re standing where Iceland’s story began at Þingvellir, watching geysers erupt right in front of you, and feeling the sheer power of Gullfoss in person.
After the sightseeing you get the chance to visit Fridheimar, a geothermal greenhouse that serves up locally sourced and grown produce. It's a stunning place to visit and grab lunch!
What really makes this tour special though is how it ends. After a full day of exploring, you get to slow everything down at Icelands newest lagoon, Laugarás Lagoon! Sitting in warm geothermal water, surrounded by peaceful countryside, is the perfect contrast to the dramatic sights you’ve seen all day. It’s relaxing, authentic, and just feels like a reward at the end of an incredible day. Every time I recommend this tour, people come back saying it was one of their favorite days in Iceland.
We had a fantastic time, we were in a small group which we loved and our tour guide was so friendly and welcoming, my 13 year old couldn't find his phone and our guide was willing to take us back to the tomato farm (luckily we found it) as I said we have a 13 year old boy and he found the trip fun, no hanging about just straight to the activity with information on route. We have done a golden circle tour before but this was the best, tomato farm was great and glad we did it then the lagoon at the end just completed the perfect day. We did the Golden Circle, Fridheimar Tomato farm, Laugaras Lagoon tour today. Our guide was Sven who was personable, very knowledgeable, and fun. He gave us historical back ground on each of the places we visited. It was an awesome time! The day was ended with a visit to the newest geothermal spa, Laugaras lagoon! I would highly recommend this Golden Circle tour.
This is a great day tour, combining the best of the golden circle in the morning, lunch amongst the cherry tomato plants and an afternoon relaxing at the Laugarás lagoon. We had a fantastic time with our guide Einar, chatting about the country, its history and landscape. The lagoon has great new facilities and is blissfully uncrowded (for now!). Our 9 year old daughter was able to join (admission to the lagoon is 8yrs+) and loved it. For our first visit to Iceland, this tour gave us a lot to see and varied experiences in one day. I highly recommend it!
I booked with this tour at short notice when another company unexpectantly cancelled our original tour. Unlike the first company, although we were the only people booked the tour went ahead as planned. Our guide was interesting and knowledgeable with a great selection in en-route music. He stopped in a couple of extra places so we could take photos and was very relaxed with the schedule giving us extra time at some locations when we wanted it. We chose the Golden Circle, Tomato Farm and Lagoon Tour. It ranks as one of my most favourite days ever. The three Golden circle locations were spectacular. The food at the tomato farm was delicious. It was so amazing to go from an icy snow-covered car park to a restaurant which felt like a warm spring day. Inside was filled with tomato plants and dotted with flowers in the middle of February. After the tomato farm was the lagoon. It was spotlessly clean, modern with lovely changing rooms and facilities. The lagoon had beautiful views over snow covered hills and there were no more than 20 people in the lagoon at any time, drinks were varied and really tasty. I cannot recommend this company and this tour highly enough. The day out will last long in my memory and I would do the whole day again given half a chance.

- Is food included at the Fridheimar Farm?No, at Friðheimar we stop for about 60 minutes. There we will have a table reserved where you are welcome to purchase lunch! Lunch is not included in the tour price.
- How long is the stay at Laugaras Lagoon?We stay for about 2 hours at the Lagoon! Which gives us plenty of time to relax and explore.
